All entries, whether submitted by using an Ashley Stewart Credit Card or online Entry Form or 3"x 5" mail-in entry, have an equal chance of winning.

Eligibility: The Ashley Stewart Fierce Shopping Spree Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and the US Virgin Islands, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 8/16/10, except employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders of Ashley Stewart ("Sponsor"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T"), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/16/10 and ends at 11:59:59PM ET on 10/12/10 ("Promotion Period"). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01AM ET and ending at 11:59:59PM ET.

To Participate: Eligible individuals can enter the Sweepstakes as follows: (1) Denim Purchase: Automatically receive (1) Sweepstakes entry when you make any denim purchase at participating Ashley Stewart store locations or online at AshleyStewart.com during the Promotion Period; (2) Non-Denim Purchase: Automatically receive (1) Sweepstakes entry when you make any non-denim eligible purchase at participating Ashley Stewart store locations or online at AshleyStewart.com during the Promotion Period; (3) Credit Card: To automatically receive one (1) bonus entry in addition to the entry received when making a purchase using method 1 or 2, use your Ashley Stewart Credit Card ("Card") to make an eligible purchase at a participating Ashley Stewart store locations or online at AshleyStewart.com; (4) Online: Visit AshleyStewart.com, click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes entry form. Follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit your online entry. Limit one (1) online entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day: or (5) Mail: No Purchase Required: To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase and receive three (3) entries, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number (area code included), and date of birth on a plain 3"x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, properly stamped and hand printed #10 envelope to: Ashley Stewart Fierce Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 17166, Bridgeport, CT 06673-7166. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and received by 10/18/10 to be eligible. Account adjustment transactions/returns, international transactions are not considered eligible transactions for entry. Entries from unauthorized credit card or card number use or made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent Pins, credit cards or card numbers are void. Only purchases made with an Ashley Stewart credit card that is in good standing (both at time of entry and winner selection) are eligible for automatic entry (including bonus entry. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries are permitted and all such entries will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Your entry, whether made automatically or by use of an Ashley Stewart Credit Card credit card to make a purchase or by submission of a written entry (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Data") constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other details solely for the purposes and as required to administer this Sweepstakes.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, delayed, damaged or postage-due, Sweepstakes Data, transactions, entries, or mail; any error, omission, interruption in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, defects/delays in transmission or communication, 3rd party transaction classification, transaction processing, or communication; telephonic, human, network, mechanical, computer, electronic or other problems or errors; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Sweepstakes Data; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, miscommunications or technical failures, programming, human error or otherwise, relating to/in connection with Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with Sweepstakes administration, Sweepstakes Data processing, the processing of entries or Pins or prize announcements; Internet traffic congestion or any technical problem, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person's computer related to/resulting from Sweepstakes participation; typographical, printing or other errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related ads or other Sweepstakes-related materials; human-processing error; electronic equipment, computer hardware or software failures; or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, Sweepstakes programming, human error, or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to void Sweepstakes Data and entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with/impair Sweepstakes administration, security, fairness, or proper play.

Winner Selection: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 11/18/10 from among all eligible entries received by P/S/T, an independent sweepstakes management company located at 6 Berkshire Blvd, Bethel, CT 06801, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by P/S/T by telephone and/or mail. In the event that a potential winner is selected via a credit card transaction entry, the prize will be awarded to the primary account holder (as determined by the credit card's member financial institution's account records and subject to said financial institution's timely identification of the primary account holder) named on the account accessed by the credit card used to make the entry.

(1) Grand Prize: $2,500 shopping spree at Ashley Stewart awarded in the form of an Ashley Stewart Gift Card and $2,500 awarded in the form of a check (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")=$5,000. Gift Card is subject to certain terms and conditions specified by Ashley Stewart see gift card for details. Restrictions may apply. Federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the winner's sole responsibility. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Taxes: All income, sales, use and other taxes (and the reporting thereof) imposed as a result of the award of the Grand Prize are solely the winner's responsibility. It is the winner's responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to receipt of the Grand Prize. Winners may be required to complete certain Internal Revenue Service tax information reporting forms before or upon receipt of the Grand Prize.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or the inability to contact the potential Grand Prize winner within a reasonable time period may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if any potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor's sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding, and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their respective designees and assigns shall have the right and permission to audio or videotape winners and to use, adapt, publish, develop and/or edit (unless prohibited by law) their names, voices, cities/states of residence, photographs, statements and/or likenesses for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission, or notification; 2.) Released Parties and their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any claim, liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, failure to accept, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) is terminated, at Sponsor's discretion, to select the winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination; and (3) the Released Parties have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the Grand Prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. If any provisions of these Official Rules are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
